Home Field Advantage Sports Classes - Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in Home Field Advantage sports classes, participants and their parents or guardians agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the sports classes. They are expected to follow the instructions of the coaches and staff for a safe and enjoyable experience.

  2. Health and Medical Conditions: Participants must inform Home Field Advantage staff of any relevant health conditions, allergies, or injuries before participating in the classes. This includes providing information on any necessary medications or treatments.

  3. Parental/Guardian Consent: Parents or legal guardians of participants under the age of 18 must provide consent for their child to participate in Home Field Advantage sports classes. This includes acknowledging any risks associated with the activities involved.

  4. Photography and Recording Consent: Home Field Advantage may photograph or record classes for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, flyers, brochures, websites, social media, and advertisements. By participating in the classes, parents or guardians grant Home Field Advantage permission to use photographs, videos, or recordings of their child for these purposes.

  5. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to uphold a respectful and sportsmanlike conduct towards coaches, staff, fellow participants, and any spectators. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the class.

  6. Attendance and Punctuality: Participants are expected to attend classes punctually. Late arrivals may disrupt the class and cause inconvenience to other participants. If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled class, they should notify Home Field Advantage as soon as possible.

  7. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made three (3) days before the start of the first class for a full refund to be issued. No refunds will be provided for no shows or cancellations made within three (3) days of the start date.

  8. Emergency Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen emergencies may prevent a student from attending or completing a class/match. Cancellation requests that fall outside the above policies will be considered on a case by case basis, with any refunds provided in the form of makeup classes.     Home Field Advantage reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and efforts will be made to reschedule the class or provide a refund/credit.

  9. Liability Waiver: While Home Field Advantage takes reasonable measures to ensure the safety of participants during sports classes, it is understood that participation in physical activities carries inherent risks. Participants and their parents/guardians hereby waive any claims against Home Field Advantage and its staff for injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during the classes.

By enrolling in Home Field Advantage sports classes, participants and their parents or guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
