Home Field Advantage is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2016 in Downey, CA. We build healthier, more connected communities by mentoring local leaders to coach youth sports in underused neighborhood spaces, fostering an inclusive and sustainable sports ecosystem that creates opportunities for play and leadership.

We are a CFCI Grant Recipient!
Home Field Advantage is proud to be one of 20 recipients of the Care First Community Investment (CFCI) grants from Los Angeles County. With this funding, HFA is currently running our Sports and Business for Youth Coalition in partnership with the Youth Business Alliance at Animo Compton Charter School.
