Home Field Advantage, established in 2016 in Downey, CA, is a 501(c)(3) sports leadership nonprofit dedicated to creating healthier, more connected communities by mentoring local leaders to coach in their neighborhoods at underused facilities, ultimately fostering an inclusive, sustainable sports structure.

We are a CFCI Grant Recipient!
Home Field Advantage is proud to be one of 20 recipients of the Care First Community Investment (CFCI) grants from Los Angeles County. With this funding, HFA is currently running our Sports and Business for Youth Coalition in partnership with the Youth Business Alliance at Animo Compton Charter School.
Programs
After-School Sports
We provide After-School Sports training at elementary and middle school campuses in the LA area. These practices are led by local leaders.
Community Sports Club
HFA Club offers sports programming for youth and adults of all levels. Currently, HFA Club is based in Downey, CA.
Student Coach
Our Student Coach Program is geared for high school students looking to gain leadership skills while making an impact in their community.
